On Thursday, June 26, we will have a chance to eat out Hub’s restaurant AND raise funds for a gift for our partner, the Tavriski Christian Institute (TCI) in Ukraine. 20% of all money spent at Hub’s between 10:30 a.m. and 9 p.m. will go to TCI. PLUS our good friends at Hub’s will match
Each summer, it's become a tradition to hold one of our worship services out in our parking lot, providing variety while making us a little more visible to our wonderful neighbors. The service begins at 10 a.m. We will have folding chairs available but encourage those who can to bring their own to do so.
An annual summer tradition, our Deacons' Hot Dog Social will take place Sunday, June 29, immediately after our outdoor worship service. First Pres will hold its Sunday, August 3, worship service at Dawes Park next to Greenwood Beach at 10 a.m. This service will NOT be streamed live but will be recorded for later viewing. Our annual congregation picnic will be held at the same location immediately after the service.
