First Presbyterian Evanston along with Interfaith Action of Evanston hosts the Emergency Overnight Shelter for three weeks each year. In 2024 we hosted 30 guests, men and women, in March and April. Dates for 2024/2025 will be posted later in the fall. We’ll need volunteers for set up each night and clean up each morning. It’s a great small group opportunity, too! You can also volunteer at other faith communities throughout the November-May season. A link to sign up will be posted once our dates come up!
