Our Good Friday Service is a time of sober reflection on Christ’s crucifixion and the events leading up to it. This year’s service will take place in the FPCE Sanctuary. Join us for a Service of Darkness, as we respond to the reading of Christ’s Passion from the Gospel of Luke in Scripture, Choral Responses, and Congregational Hymns. Over the course of the service, candles are snuffed out and the lights are lowered, leaving us in darkness and the grief of Christ’s death for us.
