QUILTING TO SERVE

UKRAINIAN EGG TABLE RUNNER

We’re doing an exciting project inspired by the vibrant tradition of Ukrainian Easter eggs. Each “egg” will be uniquely designed using different patterns, colors, and fabric textures to reflect your own creativity. Once complete, this one-of-a-kind table runner will be gifted to our mission partner in Ukraine as a symbol of unity, hope, and support.
Come together to quilt and sew with others on a common project which benefits the church, a mission partner, and/or others. Beginners and experts welcome. We meet the second and fourth Tuesdays of every month in room 206, 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.

ONGOING MINI PROJECT

We always need pocket crosses to share with partners and friends. It reminds them that we are praying for them and that they can also pray for us. The unwritten message of the cross says, “Jesus is with you wherever you are and whatever situation you are in.”  Crosses and some fabrics are available in the Mission Director’s Office.  (We use only plastic or acrylic crosses. No metals.)
