Ben Graham, FPCE Youth Ministry Director
First Presbyterian Church of Evanston, IL., is excited to announce the hiring of Ben Graham as the church’s new youth ministry director. He will lead our ministry to junior high and high school students.
Ben began his work life in the construction industry in the Pacific Northwest some years ago (20+), but a fateful youth retreat convinced him that his true passion was working with youth. He wasted no time getting himself educated and engaged in youth related activities and now has over 15 years of experience working with youth and families. His education includes a certificate in Christian Studies and a Bachelor of Sciences in Religion with a minor in Christian counseling. He has experience with writing Christian curriculum for middle and high school youth, leading small and large youth groups, planning and taking youth on mission trips here and abroad, recruiting others to engage with youth. He is energetic, enthusiastic, spiritually motivated and truly dedicated to the spiritual and overall growth of everyone.
His wife (Heather), two daughters (Sophie, and Madi) moved to Chicago in 2014 after living in Singapore for seven years. His goal is to have fun, empower others, reach lost people, and build meaningful relationships.
