FPCE A/V Event Needs

An audio/visual engineer from First Presbyterian is REQUIRED if the event requires any use of First Presbyterian’s A/V equipment (microphones, projectors, etc). The A/V engineer rates are as follows:

$350 flat half day rate (4 hours)
$650 flat day rate (8 hours)

A completed input list/stage plot will be required from the renter no later than 2 weeks prior to the event date. Download the input list/stage plot for the room you are using here:
