High School Mission Trip 2020 Registration Form

Join us July 18 -July 26 as we travel to Lexington County, SC!

We will spend the week serving God by serving our brothers and sisters in Christ. We will be partnering with Next Step Ministries.

Total Cost: $250 (scholarships are available, contact Pastor Amanda agolbek@firstpresevanston.org)

Important Dates and Details

(All trip participants are required to attend and participate in pre-trip trainings, meetings, and fundraisers. Failure to attend may disqualify you from going on the trip.)

Sunday, Jan. 19th – Registration and $50 deposit deadline.

Sunday, January 26th – Mission Trip participant and parent meeting, 12:30. 2nd payment of $100 due.

Wednesday, February 26th - Ash Wednesday Pancake Supper fundraiser (further details will be given at first meeting).

Sunday, Apr. 19th – Mission Trip participant training, 12:30.

Sunday, May 31st – Mission Trip participant training, 11:15, final payment of $100 due.

June 13th - Car Wash Fundraiser 9:00-1:00.

Sunday, July 12th – Final Pre-trip participant and parent meeting, 11:15.

Student / Parent Covenant

By signing below, we understand that the $250 payment is only a portion of the actual cost of the trip, and that the remainder will be covered through participation in fundraising. We understand that registrant will be expected to participate in trip fundraisers, meetings, and trainings. Signing this registration commits myself and my student to paying the full fee of $395 whether in need of scholarship or not if you remove yourself from the trip after February 24, 2020. Also, by signing this you acknowledge that if your student does not participate in the pre-trip meetings, fundraisers, and trainings, he or she may not be able to attend the trip.
