This event takes place at First Pres Evanston in the Dining Room.

- Shoe Drive: Provide new or gently used shoes to support refugees in their daily lives.
- Hands-on Community Support: Join us in pairs (like Ruth and Naomi) to offer direct assistance to refugees in our community.

Angela Muganwa is the Program Manager for Community Integration at Heartland Human Care Services (HHCS) in the Greater Chicago Area. With a motto of “empowering refugees one job at a time,” Angela is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of refugees. Her work focuses on providing refugees with the resources and support they need to integrate successfully into their new communities.
