The Parish Nurse Book Club will meet on on Tuesday, June 20 from 1:30-3 p.m. in the Parlor. We will be reading “The Ride of Her Life: The True Story of a Woman, Her Horse, and Their Last-Chance Journey Across America,” by Elizabeth Letts. This book is a national bestseller that tells the triumphant true story of a woman who rode her horse across America in the 1950s, fulfilling her dying wish to see the Pacific Ocean.
