Join Us for a Meaningful Evening
Join us for a special Maundy Thursday Service as we gather in the spirit of the Last Supper. This reflective evening brings us into the Upper Room, remembering Jesus’ love, humility, and service as described in John 13:1–17.
Together we’ll share a simple meal, celebrate Communion, and enter the heart of Holy Week with prayer and quiet reflection.
Everyone is warmly invited to this meaningful time of fellowship and worship.
Scripture for the Night
John 13:1–17
This passage shows us:
- Jesus’ unwavering love for His disciples
- His humility and willingness to serve
- Peter’s struggle to understand what Jesus is doing
- Jesus’ invitation to follow His pattern of love
- A call to see service not as a gesture, but as a way of life
This text reminds us that the heart of Holy Week is found in love embodied.
A Shared Meal
A central part of our Maundy Thursday observance is gathering around a meal, remembering the fellowship Jesus shared with His disciples.
During the meal, we will:
- Sit together at tables
- Share conversation and quiet moments
- Hear Scripture and reflections
- Move gently into the Communion liturgy
This simple act echoes the warmth, intimacy, and community of the Upper Room.
