Art Exhibit Preview & Opening
October 11 | 11:30 a.m. | Dining Room

Experience Lilies of Gaza: Women Artists in Times of War, a beautifully curated exhibit sharing the intimate life stories and artistic journeys of women who have lived through war, loss, and displacement, yet have chosen to respond with courage, creativity, and resilience through art.

Based on the book of the same name, the exhibit offers a powerful glimpse into the lives and work of these women, inviting us to encounter their experiences through their own artistic expression.

The exhibit comes to First Pres through Bright Stars of Bethlehem, one of our mission partners. Bright Stars of Bethlehem works to raise awareness and support for Dar al-Kalima University in Palestine, where art and education help equip the next generation of creative leaders.

Join us on October 11 for this special preview and opening, and take time to experience the stories, artwork, and voices behind Lilies of Gaza.
