Ash Wednesday Worship Service
7 p.m. · Wednesday, February 18
Walker Chapel
Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent—a season of reflection, repentance, and renewed trust in God as we prepare our hearts for Easter. We invite you to join us in person in Walker Chapel for a meaningful worship service that helps us set aside space to seek the Lord together.
During this service, we will hear scripture, join in prayer, and reflect through teaching that centers us on the hope and grace found in Jesus Christ. The traditional imposition of ashes reminds us of our deep need for God’s mercy and His faithful love that meets us right where we are.
Whether Ash Wednesday is a long‑held tradition for you or something you’re experiencing for the first time, this quiet, contemplative service is a beautiful way to begin the Lenten journey. We hope you’ll join us as we turn our hearts toward the cross and give thanks for all Christ has done—and continues to do—in our lives.
