Share the Warmth This Winter

As the weather turns colder, the Deacons are collecting warm, clean clothing in good condition for our soup kitchen guests. For many of our neighbors, a warm coat, sweater, hat, or pair of gloves can make a real difference during the cold winter months.

Donations will be collected October 4 through November 5 and distributed to our guests on November 7.

We especially welcome:

  • Coats and jackets
  • Sweaters and sweatshirts
  • Hats
  • Gloves and mittens
  • Scarves
  • Other warm winter clothing

Please make sure all donated items are clean and in good condition, ready to be shared with our guests with care and dignity.

As you prepare your own closet for colder weather, consider whether you have warm clothing you no longer need that could help a neighbor stay comfortable this winter. Donations can be left at Reception.

Thank you for your generosity and for helping us share the warmth of our church community this winter!
