The next Life Together class will be on Sunday, February 15, in room 213 from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. and continue after the worship service from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
It's that time again! The FPCE Annual Chili Cook-Off Agape Meal will take place after the worship service on Sunday, February 1, in Roy Hall.
The Overnight Shelter for our unhoused guests in Evanston will be at First Presbyterian Church of Evanston for four weeks this year beginning January 25. There will be plenty of volunteer slots to sign up for.
Bethlehem Bible College is offering a new class/interactive lecture series, "Roads of the Holy Land," each Saturday, starting Jan. 3 through Feb. 21, 12:30 - 2:30 p.m.
Parents of high schoolers (and current 8th graders) are asked to have their children RSVP for this summer's high school mission trip. The trip is July 11-18 and the cost is only $135 per student (scholarships available) plus required fundraising.
Youth Group is going to Covenant Harbor for its annual winter retreat from January 23-25! The deadline to register is 12/25. The cost per person is $50 for the first youth in a family and $25 per sibling. Parents and adult chaperones will be needed and can attend for free!
This Christmas Eve, our offering will support two congregations in the West Bank: Christmas Lutheran Church in Bethlehem, led by Pastor Rev. Ashraf Tannous, and the Church of Hope in Ramallah, led by Pastor Rev. Dr. Munther Isaac.

New Life Shelter, a ministry of Good News Partners in Rogers Park that provides housing and care for those facing homelessness, is a longtime mission partner of First Pres Evanston. This year, the FPCE Deacons—along with Santa Claus and his elves—are seeking to bless their clients with a special Christmas Celebration on Saturday, December 20.
