This year, we are doing things a little differently for the annual report. Submissions for the Annual report will be limited to 400 words (approximately 3,000 characters) and 1 or 2 images (photo and/or graphic). Note: Because of the corporation requirements, the Treasurer’s report will not have the same restrictions.

Please do not feel like you have to use all 400 words. The goal is to provide a broad overview, not a detailed list of every accomplishment.

Send images to Jim Teague at communications@firstpresevanston.org. We have access to numerous photos from this past year so do not feel obligated to provide one.

The intent of this year’s method of submission and the restrictions are:
  • To briefly celebrate what took place in 2022.
  • To focus on goals for the future of First Pres and inspire us toward what God is calling us to in the coming year.
  • To reduce the overall size of the report.
We are also working to make it available well before the annual meeting on February 19, so First Pres members and regular attendees have an opportunity to review it beforehand.
